I stopped by sunbelt Ford of Albany because the tire pressure in my automobile was low. Mr. Robert Oates took very good care of me. He got one of the guys from the auto shop to take a look. I had a nail in the tire. They quickly patched it up and I was on my way. Thank you Mr. Oates and team. Your quick and great customer service was very much appreciated.

Dropped my car off for a free recall. had no other issues, then they killed the battery and charged me for things i didn't ask for. They also charge you a credit card fee to punish people for being tight on money or having unexpected issues. will not be returning and telling everyone I know not to go here. There's plenty of better options in our town, no need to give to greedy corporations
Just sitting in the lounge waiting, the staff is amazing. They treat you like family. Everyone speaks and are extremely friendly and helpful. You should definitely bring you vehicle here for service or purchase 😉 😀
