I get two recall notices and when I call to see when I can schedule for the vehicle to be brought in, I am met with an AI receptionist. While the oil change prices have gone up nearly twenty dollars, Albany Ford can’t afford a human receptionist to answer the call? Oh, and I have to wait until December for the recalled item to be corrected and it’s only April. Way to go Ford! Now, stop sending recall notifications, save money on postage and stop charging clients so much!
Aaron was our sales rep and was highly educated on helping find a new truck for my husband. He took his time getting to know us and learn what we were looking for in a new vehicle. By the end of the sale it was like talking to an old friend. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend using Aaron as your sales rep. This place tries to lure you in without talking about hidden charges. Don’t get distracted by what they tell you during the purchase—double check everything yourself. Jessica from the car tags department is unhelpful and avoids answering questions or taking responsibility. She stopped responding to my calls after I raised concerns about their unfulfilled promises regarding tag fee payments. The finance team is just as bad—they promised that everything is paid off but I had to spend 350$ out of my pocket during registration. ... read more
