Left my 2020 F150 for routine service. On the way home checked tire pressure. One was very low. Two days later water fluid light came on. Decided I better check coolant. Had to use a stick to touch any coolant. Coolant was very low. Hope they actually changed the oil. If there was a zero this is what I would give them.

Highly disappointed!!! I scheduled my 2013 Ford Fusion to be looked at about the keypad not working with Alisha a week prior. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I mentioned to Will that my alarm would RANDOMLY go off. After 8hrs of no update, I called to check on my vehicle. I called a couple of times and was told that I needed to talk to Alisha. Once she was out and the next she was in a meeting.
