Sunbelt owns Trinity apartments in Conway, AR. I am a disabled Veteran and the VA relocated me to these apartments. I is the worst thing that could have happened to me. They have a maintenance man, Jim Medford who represents himself as the land lord and harasses the tenants. He charges for routine repairs and demands cash payment. He spies on tenants thru their bedroom windows and enters the apartments when he knows that no one is home. He keeps two large aggressive dogs against HUD regulations.
