Brad Peterson is one of the most honest, authentic, caring people I've ever met. There were many uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances that happened along the way. But nothing rattled Brad. He would say every sale is a little different from each other but we will get through it. Something would come up and he would say let me check on that. Then always came back with a solution. Stephanie Snyder his terrible ~ she claims she can't help me, the buyer with information that will take her time, because "it will waste the seller's time" when it is obvious it will take none of the seller's time, it will just take her time. What a crazy lie from a lazy broker. I work with tons of brokers on $5 million purchases and she is full of it. Wish she would just be honest about it instead of lying.
