I had Nelson and Justin come to my home this past weekend because my 30 year old furnace stopped working. They were both very kind, knowledgeable and professional. However, they saw the furnace and immediately took the situation as a sales pitch. They quoted me $26k for a new system. As a single mom, I was sick over it. If zero was an option, I would give them it. $100 to walk in our door and tell us they don’t know what is wrong with our system. They wanted 1,000.00 to drain and refill the hot water system with no guarantee of a fix? They installed the boiler, you would think they could send someone trained in the repair of it. Well they made the response below. I followed up with contact information and have heard nothing back from them. Seriously folks they are trying to look responsive but no follow through.
