Don't Rent These apartments are below housing standards. I have lived there for a year and a half and have had nothing but problems. A leaking air conditioner that leaks all over the kitchen floor and they refuse to fix. A running tub and toilet. And black mold in the closet! I tried to get them to let me out of my lease and they refused. Do Not rent an apartment frome these people they are so disorganized and the leasing company has changed about 5 times since I have been there. Plus it is infested with rats. Roach Apartments This is one of the worst managed apartment complexes around here. They were never organized and never fixed anything. I've lived here for two years until I finally got out, which was a miracle. But this place was under new owenership serveral times and they still were horrible. The place itself, was in horrible condition and there porters just didn't care. This truly was a slumlord place. PROS: Nothing CONS: Horrible management
