BE CAREFUL -- Absolutely insidious. I have been moved out of these apartments for two years and I just now received notification that I have a mark on my credit from unpaid rent to this place, which was billed a full year after move out. It is for the exact amount they were going to charge in rent if I renewed, which I did not. This place will just keep charging you and send it to their awful predatory collection agency, which I've noticed takes great pains to put nothing in writing and offers no avenue of requesting that.
