This used to be a great agency that got me the best rates and had very responsive staff but something has changed during the last year or so. Emailed Aimee a week ago for a renewal quote, apparently she passed me over to Jordan who forgot to contact me after a week and it’s now 2 more days without a call back after I called again. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but I’m extremely disappointed by the constant, significant increases in my premium each year—despite having no claims and keeping the same coverage. There’s little to no explanation for these hikes, and it feels like my loyalty is being punished instead of rewarded. I expected better transparency and fairness from my home insurance provider. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this insurance company.

Jason runs a top notch operation. I have had other brokers over the years, and Jason and his team makes it easy. When i have an issue THEY navigate with the carrriers to get me an answer. I don't have to call the carriers, and when something looks off they go out of their way to notify me. For example, on the back end of my banking relatinoships there was a clerical error preventing payment to the insurance co.
