Sun sold me 3" frame expanders for all my windows. Cut to fit and non-returnable. Now the in-house engineer informs me they won't work on my multi-unit windows. Why would I install them on SOME OF THE WINDOWS! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Wouldn't buy again....
I have purchased three exterior doors. Each has had an issue. One had to be replaced due to damage from the factory. One had the wrong hardware installed at the factory and had to be corrected. The last door has two issues, windows fogging, ice crystals forming between the panes and loud popping sounds. I contacted Sun who told me to contact the Sun distributor, which I did.
