I’ve had a great experience with Sun-West Properties so far. The team in the office are absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Moving into my new apartment was completely stress-free, which made a big difference since I just moved to the area. The whole process has felt smooth and well-organized, and I’m really happy with my beautiful new home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and easy renting experience.
the management sucks! the ladies who work here are rude. SUPER rude and disrespectful. Shame on you. It’s not worth living on these properties on how they run things. I don’t recommend. Save urself the respect you deserve.
The lady who had an open house scheduled it for when there was street sweeping so multiple people got parking tickets from parking on the street for less than 10 minutes. How about don’t schedule an open house during street sweeping? Or how about warn people before they drive all the way to the property to not park on the street? It’s not that hard to be considerate of people looking to move in.
Operates businesses from behind the scenes and refuses to give standard contact information. Is ok with employees not giving information for a second level of contact which results in abuse of power within premises. I have made contact with them about their underlying business and they blatantly took the side of the employees without having any representation. I bet they didn't even pull camera footage from the premises. I have already filed my complaint with BBB today. Steer clear!!
IM PUTTING MY DEPOSIT DOWN TOMORROW AND I COULDNT BE MORE EXCITED. I walked in and the property management was very friendly. They told me about the place and showed me it quickly. Made it very convenient and simple to fill out an application. Looking forward to this next year with Sun-West Properties :)!
