On 4/3/25, Sun West Plumbing in San Diego was working in my neighbor’s unit and water had to be shut off for the entire building. When the water came back on, few other neighbors myself included had dark brown/ dirty water even after running it for a while. I saw neighbors’ frustrated notes on an elevator notice regarding dirty brown water. Plumber Allen came into my unit to see why water was running brown. I’ve used Sun West plumbing multiple times in the past 5 years and I’ve always felt good after working with them. First of all, they are knowledgeable and quick. I’ve never had issues with their work, and I’m confident in their skills and ability. Second, I feel their prices are fair. Cannot say enough good about my experience with this company from the first phone call in the office to scheduling, to dispatch, to the time it took for them to show. All 5star services. Fair prices for service in SD too. A knowledgeable plumber on-site with his apprentice and both were great, clean, and super quick!! My over flow was leaking into my downstairs neighbors bath.
