I am only dealing with SWMC because my father passed away and his mortgage is with them. While the interest rate is very low, I can't recommend them. Every person I've spoken with either has no idea what's going on or tells me information that conflicts with what the last person said. It's beyond confusing and irritating. Like we don't have enough shit to deal with.
There is no worse customer service experience than when someone cold calls you to invite you to their event and then hangs up on you when you aren't interested. A simple, "thanks for your time... have a great day!" leaves people without such a horrible impression of your company. Especially since you interrupted their day and they were nice enough to answer your call. Act more professional SUN WEST MORTGAGE!
Worst bank I have had to work with in my 20 plus years in the Insurance industry. Poor customer service. Dishonest loan officers. Do not refinance with this company.
