The worst people to deal with. Once they get your money they ignore your calls and don't follow through on taking care of things they said they would.
Love this company. Jim is professional and helpful. I use him for all my rental properties and they are now professionally managed.
He ALWAYS answers the phone, very happy to help and treats you like family when helping you. I have used him to buy houses..sell and to manage my rentals.
I spoke only once to staff . They where very nice and responsible on returning your phone calls. Kinda pricey.
They NEVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. I have been calling and leaving messages for days and have gotten no answer. So unprofessional I can see why nobody wants anything to do with this business. Literally only giving the one star because I have to.
