Not only do they have horrible products but they also treat their employees very poorly. Do better aguasana.
Terrible customer service and Rashmita was extremely rude I would not recommend.
Hey Aquasana. I have to leave my message here because your customer support line is only open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and I work during the week. You may want to consider that your customers will also try to install products or replace filters on the weekend. Especially when your products LEAK. Thanks to your cheaply made plastic nozzle attachment that broke when I was replacing my filters on the under-sink system, I get to make a trip to the hardware store so that I can buy a new valve to bypass the filtration system that’s... read more
Total Junk / discontinued I have been a Aquasana customer since 2018. Bought the whole house system. Unit worked well. Sold my home and got into a rental and needed something temporary. I purchased the pitcher unit. Worked for 2 weeks before it started to leak more than it filtered. Called customer support; they knew the problem and sent me a replacement no questions asked. Same issue happened this time 1 month into using. Called customer support and guess what unit is discontinued. I’m out $300 and they offer me an under co... read more
Aquasana Shower filters...Bad product. Filter leave a black sediment in showers. Also, I cancelled their service and they still kept sending filter and i have to pay to return filter. I guess i will have to cancel card to get my number away from them.
