Overall, I was very pleased with the water heater repair service. The technician was friendly, explained the problem in simple terms, and had it fixed in less than two hours. I appreciated the professionalism and care he showed while working in my home. My only complaint is that it took a couple of days to get an appointment, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, I’d definitely call Sun Water Heater again in the future.

Overall, a solid job. The technician identified the issue quickly and completed the repair with no mess left behind. Everything works fine now. I would’ve liked a bit more transparency on pricing upfront, but aside from that, the service was reliable and professional , I will used Sun Water Heater again .

Happy with the service! The technician knew what they were doing and completed the repair without any issues. Communication could have been a little better, but the job was done right, and I appreciate the quality of work , I recommend Sun Water Heater .

Water Heaters only was a very good experience. The scheduler was friendly and efficient - I had an installer here early in the time window. The technician was friendly and explained everything in detail. He was extremely efficient and did a first class job. Very pleased with the whole process. I Highly recommended Sun Water Heater .

As per the name of the company Sun Water Heater does not disappoint. They were very accommodating, courteous, and were there the following morning and got the boiler operational. From the woman on the phone who helped with scheduling to the owner of the company, who did the repairs himself I'm forever grateful to everyone at this company for their quick response and excellent work.
