If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Sun rushed me through a long-awaited appointment & wouldn't give me any information on the many ailments I went to her for. She actually said she wasn't going to look into them because according to her, that's not what she was informed I was there for; but I was! When I called to make the appointment, I clearly told them the reasons for wanting to be seen. So she simply didn't respond to those issues! I have continued to have a positive experience at Eagles Physicians located at West Market Street. The staff is friendly, the wait time is always more than reasonable and the facility clean. I like Dr. Sun because she's always friendly, open to questions and professional. I have recommended Eagle to several individuals
Dr. Sun is not my GP, but she was very efficient and communicative. She recommended some pursuant testing, which was handled quickly and showed results that could be impactful for my situation. I always come away from Eagle Family Medicine feeling that I've been treated fairly, compassionately and professionally. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.
As always I am very happy with the service I have gotten with Dr. Sun and the staff. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a new Doctor.
Great visit. Dr Sun as always was fully aware of my health situation. She indicated that all vitals were fine in preparation for surgery. Further she would provide the info to my surgeon.
