Dr Sunn and her staff provide excellent care!
This was a good experience. I called in and my appointment was scheduled for the next day with my doctor. For me that is very important, that is having a Doctor that is accessible in time of need. I also like the fact that if I wanted to see another Doctor, I could have been seen the same day. Upon arrival, staff was attentive, and pleasant. Everyone was friendly and professional from the front desk, to the nurse, Dr Sun and the lab tech. Everything was explained to me, refills for my meds called in, lab work done and results showed up on patient portal quickly. I left with a 6 mo appointment set up and look foreword to returning.
Staff was thorough, wait time was reasonable and Dr. Sun was very helpful and professional.
Office staff were very kind and quick. I appreciate the sincerity of Dr. Sun. She did not make me feel rushed or insignificant. I was completely comfortable in her care.
