I didn’t have a problem with the resort until this year and I’m very disappointed with my customer service experience. The reservation staff I spoke with was not nice, not understanding of my situation, and I have no desire to return next year.
Wonderful Winterland destination in the snow or a splendorous mountain retreat in the summer months....always great memories to be made here in Sun Valley, Idaho!
The Lodge is one of the best hotels we have visited.
