The front office staff was very nice , the medical assistant was also very sweet, but I am very disappointed in how the doctor (Carmicheal) was rude, made unnecessary comments you should never say to a parent who concern about there small child. It's more about how much money they can take from you and the insurance instead of making you feel comfortable and what's the best and least procedures to be done. I have been to 3 other dentists in the area with my 4 and 7 year old children. We have no dental insurance. This office has been the least expensive compared to the others, and not just by a little bit! I have been going here for 2 years now and every experience has been a 5-star one for me and my kids. My poor daughter has horrible teeth and we are there a lot. I feel like the staff remembers me a little too well! They always know who we are and ask how we are doing. Beware of the staff!!! My children's teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would have cleaned them a little better. The office manager made me feel like I was bothering her. She is rude, she talked to me as if I was ignorant when I asked for my children's X-Rays to take to a different dentist. (They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.)
