We met with the manager and some of the residents and decided this is the place for us !
I am a resident at Rincon Mobile Home Park Village. Wonder if the 08/01/2010 could possiblly been a disgruntled employee who was let go and is not acutally a resident but lives with his mommy. The new managers are not only a wonderful breath of fresh air but are doing everything to bring the park back to its 5 star status they certainly are not to blame for the condition the park was allowed to fall into with former managers and their maintenance staff. Be wary of current managers, not very honest, laws have been broken, was previously a 5 star now rapidly heading downhill. Residents get 5 stars, Appearance down to about a 3.5, management at a 1 star and sinking fast
