Current Review: This Park is ok. They have raised the Lot Rent every year for the last 7 years and have done nothing to justify all the price hikes. The management of this park functions disfunctionally. The rules apply only to some people and not everyone. 7 years ago... 5 Star review:I have the perfect lot! The neighbors are friendly and we keep watch out for each other.
I have lived in this park for many years. It could be a 5 star park with a little cooperation from my neighbors & our so called management team. I won't go into details but their will be positive changes going forward. There are no homes for sale or rent in this park.
Things are improving. Looking forward to what is ahead.
