Don't waste your time or money renting from this place. Units are getting broke into left and right and nothing it being done about it. Police even said they have talked to Sun Valley about getting cameras and they do nothing. Starting to think it might be an inside job. Police even recommended other storage places to use.

I rented a storage unit here for my deaf uncle. Their units are easily accessible, secure, and clean. They also provided exceptional service, even when there was a miscommunication on our end, and made things right. Thank you Sun Valley Mini Storage!

Avoid this place….they don’t even deserve 1 star! Had a unit towards back…..better have 4 wheel drive to access! Property and access is less than desirable! Biggest issue was unit was broken into. Went to remove items from unit and noticed different lock on door…went to office and they did not know anything about it. They called someone who was apparently looking over property and when he arrived I found out it was his lock. BLACK MOLD, water damage, and mice. We paid to store our belongings here just to have things ruined. Family heirlooms, nice furniture, tools ruined. It would be pointless to store your stuff here. Might as well save your money or just throw it all away. I reached out to the company after we were finished and there has been no response.
