Refused to abide by his own policy which guarantees his work. I purchased a new property and he services the unit and guaranteed the work. It has been less than 30 days and he would not come out to the property and check the issue. He stated the electricity must have have shut off when we transferred service and this must have reset the thermostat. I have used Sun Valley twice in the last 7 years to install heating to replace an old furnace and install refrigerated air. They have always kept their appointments, always responded quickly to any questions or any issues that came up with the installation. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.
