This is not a review on Sun Valley. It is a review on Creekside Apts. St. Charles, MO. DO NOT move there. Place is a DUMP. Manager Vickie Breakfield is a horrible vindictive rude person. The only good reviews on this dump start with "the manager is a friend of mine." What a JOKE. Maintenance man and Vickie's daughter live in complex both have pending drug charges, its like an episode of COPS outside your apt. (look for yourself MOcase.net. I lived here for 8 years and it was the best apartment complex I've ever live in. Maintenance was fanastic as well as the staff. Always accommodating.
