Absolutely Awful service, we had an appointment for 10 o'clock to have a cavity filled for our ten year old son. Arriving early, they had my son go into a room and get ready for the procedure. After seeing the needle he got scared and wanted to talk with me, after a quick talk and being able to calm him down the time was still before 10 o'clock, the front desk then informed us that we could come back in an hour if we wanted to as the dentist had already moved on with another patient. Awesome staff at reception and professional services in the treatment rooms ! Great overall experience
I can only describe my hygienist appointment today as torturous. I left the office in shock and speechless. I requested a call from the dentist to discuss and was told “he is too busy”. After 7 years as a client, I am moving me and three other family members to a different practice.
A nice fairly efficient visit. Quick check on a broken tooth and X-ray on a sensitive tooth. Dentist was lovely and thorough. Only 4 stars because dentist did not know full need of visit and reception seemed busy both on entry and exit.
Was having oral pain for 3 days, they were able to get me in the same day that I called and they were able to figure out what was wrong and able to give me a treatment plan to help. Have been going here since I was in elementary school. Always recommend to friends.
