This place is such a rip off. They charge you all kinds of money out of pocket, even though you have insurance. Now I got a bill from UCLA where they send for biopsy to pay them more money. Apparently they charge you at the dental office, but don't pay UCLA, so now we are getting billed. They will rip you off.

UPDATE: I just called my insurance Access Dental and they said there was never an authorization for the cleaning entered by this dental office! That is completely messed up and unprofessional. Why did this happen? Anyways I changed my dentist and I hope I have a much better experience over there. Not cool. The worst place ever! Understaffed, using strange practices and suspicious materials. Two hour wait time past appointment time. poor customer care. Save yourself, and go elsewhere.
