Horrible experience! Bob has NO customer service skills whatsoever. Ordering one snugtop replacement part that should have taken a week to get/install turned into a month-long nightmare of "delivery truck never showed up" and "wrong part was sent, it will be another week or 2". And Bob wasnt the one to call & give me status updates, I HAD to continually call him, even when the right part was finally here. Bob told me he would get Snugtop to discount the order for all the trouble & inconvenience and that was a lie too! But do... read more
