everything is rotten from the ground pool never works manager,maintenance guy change all the time place actually stinks,pipe problems no guest parking will tow your car away you will not get your deposit money back dog shit everywhere
apartment is pet friendly but a number of pet owners don't clean up after their pet. Poop is just around the lawn and flies come especially in the summer. Yes, hot water is still a problem for a month now and still is an issue. Send several emails, all promises. Water bill is so high.
So far, a previous pretty serious issue I encountered included sewage leaking in our units and all over the community lawn. It took some time to be addressed. Now my row of apartments have had ongoing issues with our water heater, that we were told we all share. Well, today, I turned on the shower in my bathroom and it turns out that I have zero hot water, not even any warm water! And only cold water comes out of my sink! Showed up twice on two different days with a confirmed appointment for a tour..... and both days no one is in the office. Called the number listed outside of the door... didn't even work. Called the number that sent a text about the tour voicemail full, called the original number which scheduled our tour and no one answered.
This is THE MOST unprofessional company I have ever seen. I don’t understand how they even have renters that last longer than their lease. We have had numerous problems which I’ll go into detail about. Everytime we’ve reached out about these problems we’ve been ignored, for WEEKS at a time. For the most simplest things too. Our closet was installed incorrectly, meaning they drilled the support into dry wall (not a stud) meaning it would be ripped out of the wall at one point or another, which is exactly what happened.
