Exceptionally efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Rony Salles our apartment complex maintenance. I was particularly impressed by Rony's ability to understand the maintenance plumbing, electrical and other issues quickly and effectively resolving using his best technical skills. Answered my queries with attention to detail with explanation of reason for the maintenance. Also follows up after few days to ensure everything is running smoothly. Keep up the good work
This review is for Rony the apparent maintenance worker . He is excellent in his job and he did fix my curtain , dishwasher and solve the problem very soon. He really is a perfect person for this job.
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in , in my entire life the manger has no time to do anything she is the worst manager I have ever encountered , I have had several issues since the day I moved in here , cock roaches , smells from the sewer water underground, DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX , unless u just want problem after problem, they do not fix any issues you will have the manager will say she can do nothing about it , WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN ALL OF CONTRA COSTA.
I’m very impressed with Rony's work! He fixed several issues in one visit, including the exhaust pipes for the dryer, a leaky toilet, a dripping shower, and a faulty faucet. He worked efficiently, was well-prepared with the right tools, and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who can handle so many different tasks so quickly and professionally. Highly recommend his services!
