I can't say enough wonderful things about the Vets and staff at SVAH. They always show true concern for my pets well being and I never feel like they are selling vet services that we don't need!!! ❤️
NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOUR APPOINTMENT IS, THEY ARE GOING TO BE REALLY REALLY LATE. TOOK MY DOG TODAY FOR SCHEDULED APPT----35 MINUTES, I'M STILL SITTING IN CUBICLE WAITING FOR VET. I GAVE UP AND LEFT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME
I LOVE the physicians and staff at this office , BUT...they charge $19.90 for a nail trim as i found out after the service was performed. When I asked the reason for the exorbitant fee, I was told "Because it's not something we do. I mean we do it, but we're an animal hospital." Pretty flimsy reasoning. And, "There are groomers who do it for like $5." So why can't YOU do it for $5? If I'm not mistaken, I used to pay around $8 here. The charge for the service is nearly $20. Fine. Love the staff and the doctors here! They put their hearts and souls into caring for their patients and cry real tears when they can't save one.
My pets have been patients of Dr Hudson and Sun Valley Animal Hospital for 30 years. Excellent care and very attentive to the care and needs of my pets. Boogie, Sneakers, Little Bit, Blue and Elvis.
