I reached out to Sun Up Services for a much needed service call on my old 2013 AC unit and boy, am I glad I did! As it turns out, the old unit was barely working and causing me all kinds of worries. This was a late Sunday night service request. I received a call back within 10 minutes. Th AC compressor was not running. The technician was at my house within an hour of my phone call. The AC needed a new capacitor to fix the issue. The whole task was completed in less than half hour. Very appreciative of the overall service and responsiveness of Sun Up Services. I would like to thank Sun Up Services for repairs performed on our outside ac unit. Cliff came out and was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional explaining options. He was able to fix immediately as they had the part at the office. Eighteen days later our AC went out again, we thought it was related. Kenny came out and found the problem which had nothing to do with the first at all. Again, Kenny explained our options, we picked to repair (soldering) the coil. Charged me $550 for a P250 TURBO 200x capacitor. I looked up the price afterward and it’s between $85 to $130 for the part. Also labor was about 10min to install. How can you sleep at night knowing you billed $400 for 10min of labor? Very unethical. This is not including the $250 service fee I already paid to have them come out for the inspection. Overall, this visit was $1284. Not going to do business with Sun up anymore.

Great company to work with. Always takes care of us. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they always show up. Very knowledgeable and respectful staff. They put the customer first which is something that’s hard to come by these days. Always recommend Sun Up Services.
