I would like to thank Sun Up Services for repairs performed on our outside ac unit. Cliff came out and was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional explaining options. He was able to fix immediately as they had the part at the office. Eighteen days later our AC went out again, we thought it was related. Low rating due to predatory pricing for parts on an emergency call. Whoever set these prices needs Jesus. Charged me $550 for a $120 capacitor (retail), plus a $225 emergency service call fee. A 430%+ markup on parts is pure evil...just predatory behavior. $775 total to fix a bad capacitor (testing and replacement time was

Shawn and his crew do a fantastic job. Everyone is very professional and personable. They are always prompt and are genuinely good people all around. The maintenance price is very inexpensive.

Cliff and Braylen removed our old AC system and installed a new system. They were professional, polite and competent. Entire job start to finish was only 5 hours. Shawn and Sun Up Services are client focused, honest and communicate well.
