Sun Up has serviced our AC on two occasions, and both times have been positive experiences. During the first visit, they replaced our dampers and installed a Fresh-Aire UV Light System. Nick and Ethan were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient in their work. Recently, I had to make an emergency call on a Saturday morning at around 8 AM, and they assured me a technician would arrive between 9 and 11 AM. Tony and the group at Sun Up Services were able to help us with an after hours AC emergency. They quickly arrived and assessed the situation, resolving the issue in under an hour. Many other companies advertised emergency call services however 6 other companies never reached back out to us and Sun Up took care of the issue with ease.
I would highly recommend Sun Up for your A/C vendor. My air conditioning unit died this week. I've been using Sun Up for about 6 years. They've installed two ACs for me. Sean put in a new one at the house I was selling. The old one went out 2 days before the final inspection and he had a new one in by the time of the inspection. New owners were thrilled to get a new AC!
