I had a very frustrating experience with Sun Turf in the City of Industry. They advertised their turf rolls for $59 each, and I was given a total of $260, which I paid in full. When my driver arrived to pick up the order, they refused to release it unless I paid an additional $3.95—claiming it was due to a mistake on their end. Throughout the entire process, they communicated every detail with us and designed everything according to our preferences.
