I stayed here recently and was honestly very disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The bathroom in particular was not properly cleaned—there was visible hair in multiple areas, residue on the walls, and overall it just felt unsanitary. For a hotel at this price point, that’s completely unacceptable. I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower, which says a lot. So upset! Came this morning for some breakfast and it was raining so usually you could sit on the side that’s all covered but it was taken over by some yoga class. The hotel was hosting this so the servers couldn’t serve us outside. All the tables were gone and there were people on mats literally on the entire side! I don’t understand.
I've been visiting this hotel for the past 4 years as one of my favorite weekend date spots with my husband. This last visit though left little to be desired. The service has declined. I didn't mind paying extra for one of the deluxe suites as that's all they had available. I understand check-in is 3pm but when you request early check in and watch others have their room ready before yours before 3pm is infuriating.
