564$ less than Tires Plus!!! They have a waiting room with cold A/C and a bench outside!!! They are good in my book!!!! Customer service was great as well!!
Absolute failures at doing alignments.
Arrogant, disrespectful, customer non- service. This type attitude puts companies out of business. Cussing and aggressive use of middle finger. The guys working the desk should be fired!!!!
I made a 3 o’clock appointment for tires and waited an hour and a half and they had yet to even touch my car. They even called and confirmed the appointment. They could have at least called and said they were running behind, but instead they expected me to sit there for over 3 hours. If they called to confirm, they could have made a simple phone call to say they were behind. I am very disappointed after hearing such good things. Why make appointments at all if you can’t stick to them.
I have been coming to Sun Tire for years - tires, brakes, oil - and have never left disappointed or feeling taken advantage of. I appreciate having a place that I trust. Glen has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend them.
3rd time at Sun Tire today. Absolutely amazing customer service, so helpful and I never feel like they are trying to do anything I don't need or overcharge me. Not from this area, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks! Thank you!
They lost the hubcaps on my Mini. Called me a liar when I pointed it out to them. What a way to build a relationship with a new customer. The manager there is more qualified as a fry cook, or any other job that doesn’t involve contact with customers.
Absolutely honest, efficient and friendly. The prices are fair, and the advice about the right tires or other fix you might need for your car is always spot on. I won't buy tires anywhere else in Jacksonville.
