We have been customers for a long time, Al Lowry was our Go To guy for all our needs, called this AM to make an appointment for new tires for both my vehicles and was told he no longer works there. Boy, what a shock...now I need to find out where he is working because that is where I will be going from now on. We loved his honesty and personality, and respected his knowledge.
Worst experience ever! Do not use this business if you want any sort or repair work done!
I’ve been coming here for years however my last experience there was very unpleasant. Very unprofessional staff and all my fluids weren’t topped off like usual.
been using Suntire (Mavis ) for 6 years for entire fleet of 10 vechiles and 6 trailers . i just spent $1500 with them last month and got a quote for $400 for new tires on another fleet vechile. The qoute was enteted in their computer, we went over it in detail as i watched it being entered . I took van in today dropped it off, they acknowledged the tires they were putting on. Three hours later they called and said it was ready to pick up and i owe them $780. The manager would not stand behind their quote, straight up lied an... read more
