I have been to other locations and nothing tops Manhattan! Christine was so patient and helpful, even as we waited I watched her with other customers and she is so friendly and attentive! This is my go to salon. I will make the 45 minute drive simply for the atmosphere and customer service alone.
The wait was very long. Almost an hour. They said the wait would be short. There was no follow up on how much longer it would take. When I asked, they said six minutes and I have been waiting another twenty. This is my first experience here and it will probably be my last.
