I have never had an issue with Sun Tan City. However, they have signs in every room and up front advertising free lotion and body scrub with $69+ bottle of tanning lotion. I bought a very expensive bottle of lotion and when I inquired about the other lotion and body scrub I was told they were out. When I asked about a rain check, I was told they don't give rain checks for "while supplies last" items. Nowhere could I see "while supplies last." Please tell me why you let my daughters sit there for 45 minutes before letting them know that the free spray tans are not done on Thursdays n Fridays? You could have told them that when they got there n told you why they were there. Thats very unprofessional. And we will make sure to spread the word.

Horrible! Super close to getting an attorney! They took two payments for December. I CANCELED my account, and had another payment took today! Sun tan city is blaming it on a third party vendor. The third party is blaming it on the bank! I am so mad! I would never do business with them!
Love it. Except when Isabella is alone and has no help.Was there on 5-22-18 her boss standing outside on her personal phone while Isabella was trying to get ppl in there beds and one lady walks out because she had to wait to be waited on. Shame on her manager for letting this happen.should have been in there helping instead of standing outside.
