Regan is awesome! This girl seriously knows customer service even when I had 101 questions. She was very helpful and kind!! This place is always clean and very friendly staff! �
This place is WAY too pushy with lotions. I just bought some from them and every time I go in they try to push more on me even after I tell them no. Definitely do not enjoy tanning here because of this.
The instant bed a bust. Couldn't tell I had been. I am satisfied with the faster beds though. The BIG ISSUE is the high pressure sales used car tactic sales approach. It is a turn off. I dread going in either etown location because of this. I have ask for a note to be put on my file so they would stop but the did NOT. They don't stop even after being told no and simply because of this I am seriously considering ending my membership.
