I was at the salon on Monday and didn’t realize for a few hours later that I had left my Fitbit in the tanning room.. I called and the gals (Kenzie and Bailie )that were working and they had found it.. I’m so impressed with the honesty and integrity this salon they could have not turned it in and kept it but they didn’t , what a great group of gals. Amber is one of the best workers at this location. She is always very helpful when I come in and is really nice and always has a smile on her face, she’s also very friendly.
I was not going to be allowed to spray tan one time for a special event unless I purchased a membership and started an account which is all the opposite of the email information that I was given prior to even going into the shop. They are worse than a car salesperson and need to LISTEN to what the customer is asking instead of wanting to make a sale.
So I came in today to suntan city on Glen Avenue as soon as I walked in the door I got a friendly hello by many staff members and they helped me immediately and got me in a bed that I needed in a timely manner very clean and friendly I suggested it to all of my friends The manager dovie treated me with respect and knows hers customers well
