I went in end of January and canceled my membership or so I thought! Checked my bank account today and I am still being charged monthly fee. Called and sat on hold for 20 mins with a call center since you can't get anyone local and was told it was not canceled and could not get refunded until I talk to a district manager but could not get a time frame to get a call back!! Will not sign back up with them!
The manager Kayla is awesome and has great customer service! The staff is always so friendly and helpful as well! Best place to tan in Sioux City :)
