Just called and asked how much a spray tan would be. I was told around $20.00. I arrived an hour later and was told it would be $38.50. This has happened 3 times. Irritating! Never going back, wouldn't recommend this place.

My experience tanning there for under a month was a positive one until it came time to cancel. My wife and I were going to tan just before Vaca. We expressed that we would not need anymore tanning and to cancel our accounts at the end of January. My Wife's account was cancelled,mine was not they took the money from our account and are refusing to refund us. Even tho it's their mistake and I haven't been back. Friendly staff. A quick overview would have been nice when I said I'd never been to the Waterloo location. But overall a good visit.
The manager, Ashley, is so upbeat and will turn your day around. Always a friendly staff. Amazing job with keeping you updated with weekly/monthly specials as well as explaining products. Really recommend waterloo's location.
