Counter staff is waaaay too chatty! I ended up leaving a couple times because they had to talk about the football game with customer in front and whatever else. Had sessions I purchased that I guess expired and no one ever told me that. Why would they expire!??
Horrible. I had bought a spray tan package two years ago. I went back in February to get one which I did and they told me I had two more. So I went in there today and they said they expired. Not one single employee told me they were ever to be expired and they were extremely rude about it. I will not be returning due to customer communication. I had gone two times for them and not ONE EMPLOYEE told me.
