I have a membership here, but my account is froze at the moment. Love it, but every time I call, I can NEVER get anyone. I was recently charged $5 and I have no reason why. I called and waited almost an hour before I finally just hung up. So I tried calling again and the same thing happened!!! When I was there, I would hear the phone ringing and have heard girls answer. I cannot remember the girl's name that helped me today, but she was super nice. There was an error were my account was charged and she could see it as well but customer service could not. She was very helpful and gave me the number and email address where I could send my bank statement so I could continue to tan. She put me in a bed today and was super professional about the whole situation. Will definitely be back to this location!
