Went in tonight to snag a spray tan, Josh was beyond helpful and friendly. Walked me through all the steps and provided amazing customer service.. top notch location!

I just left. Had never been to this location and will NEVER go back. The bed (#13) was BEYOND filthy (I'll post 2 pictures) and as if THAT weren't bad enough...the lid wouldn't stay down and I spent the ENTIRE TIME holding it. To make matters worse, the clock didn't work. This place is A COMPLETE DUMP and I would have given it ZERO stars if Facebook would have LET me! Don't go to this location in Hamburg! It's BEYOND HORRIBLE!

Suntan City is so fortunate to have such a caring Manager as Josh. He is so professional and pleasant to work with! If Suntan City would keep new bulbs in the beds in Hamburg, I would never visit another place! He makes you feel like he truly cares. This is something you don’t find anymore in business! Thank you Josh!!!
