The Angel bed gives the best tan and the staff are so nice
I had bought a membership here and went in to use the ones I hadn't used yet. I had 5 left. I was told it had expired 2 days prior. I asked if they would still honor them and the owner said no. Years ago I had the same issue at Neon Beach, except my membership had expired about 6 months prior, and they honored it! That's great customer service right there,
Customer service is horrible! The owner is rude and obviously didn't want repeat business, because of her lack of customer service skills. I have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years with small business owners and with multi-million dollar companies helping them to grow their business and continue with repeat business. She lacks the service skills a small business needs.
