I had an appointment scheduled at 3:00pm today. They were 15min late getting to mine which is fine. They come in, say they are done and I pay. I walked out, looked the truck over and it’s not completely done. I go back in and tell the guy, he comes out and says he will get shortly. 20min later of waiting he says he can’t get today to come back. They did someone else’s car before making sure mine was done and told me to come back. This isn’t a good business practice.
