I rented a property through the Hollingshead's for 4 YEARS! I have never had a problem with them till we went to move out we cleaned the house and made sure everything was clean and when we moved in we had the normal walk through. My wife and I rented a home from Sunstone Property Managment for 2 years when we first moved to Florida. On our walkthrough of the home Wayne, the owner of Sunstone seemed like he would be very easy to get along with and very personable. Over our time living at the home we found this perception to be a false one. When we walked through the home we noticed that the master bedroom closet door would not close properly. My husband and I rented from the Hollingshead's for six months. While we liked the house/neighborhood/etc., we were disillusioned by their website's claims and first impressions that make military moves easier renting specifically led to believe by the website and by first impression talking to them before we signed the lease that they were savvy to and prepared to make a difference with the landlord's claims to make military moves easy.
