I Will never deal with these people again. They willfully told us we could move in to a new property on Dec 20 of 2019. Took our application fee then after sending them a email asking what the status was. They asked if we could move in a month earlier after telling us to our face Dec 20 would work. Making our new move in date 7 days away which would be November 25 Which is next to impossible seeing how we would have to give a month notice to our present address. Good luck trying to reach anyone to do their jobs. I called and emailed weeks ahead of moving in, asking for a lease, and no one answers. I got one answer saying I could go ahead, but didn't get anything to sign even a week after moving in! Totally unprofessional, absentee landlords.
Sun State Agents try to suck your money at best. They charged me unfair fees after move out and reduced my deposit check significantly. We did leave the house as when we moved in. Treat your customers fairly and professionally if you want to compete with other agencies in Albuquerque, NM.
