I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone! Sun State Plumbing only cares about their pockets and not the customer. I had an after hours emergency was fully aware that it would cost extra and was willing to pay. They came and worked for 2 hours. When they left my clog was removed. I paid with a check because I was told there was additional fee to use a card (lesson learned), well within 36 hours I was back to square one. I called the number but it was still after hours. I called for a problem with my faucet. The secretary was so nice set up the appointment and Parker came in the morning. He knew the problem and fixed it right away. While there he diagnosed another issue in the other bathroom. We will be having them out again next month to repair that issue. Quick, Profesional, Fair Pricing so grateful to have a company we can count on for years to come. Thank You!

They were very quick to get here. My toilet would flush but, not go down all the way and raw sewage had backed up into my bathtub. I am in a RV park, they snaked my line all the way to the park line before hitting stoppage. They documented that the stoppage was not in my line so I could present it to the park office. They actually walked me out to the spot where the stoppage is located. Waine and the other gentleman was very polite and nice. I will definitely use this business again.

My toilet would not flush. I called at 8 am and they said someone could be at my house before noon. He was here by 10:30, he augured out the blockage which was most likely a frog that had gotten into the pipe. In addition, he replaced all of the insides of the flushing system, as it was old and rusty. The charge was very reasonable, he was very efficient, and by 11:09 we were back in business. Would not recommend their services strictly based on the owners attitude & demeanor when dealing with a guest concern. I was a new client and we had a clog in our bathtub & leak from the nozzle that turns the bath pressure into shower pressure. When I called, the secretary was very nice & scheduled an appointment same day. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice & professional. He snaked the clog & replaced a washer to stop the leak.
