I have an appointment at Friday 1:40 i went to clinic the reception told me there is no doctors at all. The big issue they are carless about there patient they not inform me there is no doctor today Today 02/06/2026 my wife has an appointment at 10 a.m with dr fariedah we went to the clinic they told us there no appointment for you have to reschedule. Same happened with me one month ago !!! I grab our files and no more visit to this clinic at all.

I have been an established patient of DR Koruth for a few years now. I called in on September 2nd to confirm my scheduled appointment that very same day, not only was my appointment not “in their system” but the receptionist was completely unprofessional and very disrespectful. She even went as far as to accuse me of being rude to her for simply asking questions about my “missing appointment”. I made an a appointment 2 weeks ago. All my inusrance information was taken and I was given an appointment. I got a nice text yesterday reminding me. I showed up at the clinic, filled out the 10 page new patioent informationa nd turned it in. I was called to the winodw a few minutes later and told my Florida Blue HMO was not accepted at this clinic. A total waste of my time.
