Awesome staff with clean space
They gave my a broken boat and they tried to charge later that I did it while I could clearly see the it was glued and could easily break I even said it to them before I take it
I had been looking forward to getting out on the water on my short trip to Sylvan Lake, but was sorely disappointed when I arrived at Sun Sport at 11am on Friday and it was closed. Both the front and back doors were locked. According the Google, they open at 10am. I'm not sure why you'd run a business if you don't actually want business. It's just unfortunate that this is one of the only places to rent kayaks from. We had a really mixed experience renting a pontoon from this store. Initially, things seemed flexible and they allowed us to return a bit later than our booking time. We double checked with one young staff member who confirmed we should be back by 5:15. He said it was fine, and we appreciated that. But about 20 minutes before that agreed time, someone came out on the lake and told us to return immediately for another group. We had no issue coming back early, and we did so right away.
