No stars--Poor business etiquette. I had a monthly membership with them, but when I went in to cancel, it wasn't processed properly by the employee and I continued to be charged the monthly fee. It took me quite a while (11 months) to notice the charge, which yes was my fault for not paying better attention to my finances.
